Definition
For every prize competition conducted for promoted or promotion of any other objective within the Western Province. Pro-rate Tax shall be imposed on the total value of the prizes awarded at every prize competition
Exempted
Instance where the aggregate value of all prizes awarded in any prize competition is less than rupees one hundred thousand, the prizes shall be free of the competition Tax.
